What can you do if you have a complaint?
Our employees try to help you as best as possible. However, it is possible that you are not completely satisfied with the handling of the complaint or the proposed solution. If this is the case, please contact the management of AMS.
You can then send an email to info@ams.nl. Always include the claim number. Clearly state that it is a complaint and why you are dissatisfied. We will try to respond within five working days.
Still not satisfied with the handling of your complaint?
We always try to reach a solution together. Still not satisfied with the outcome? That is, of course, very unfortunate. In that case, you can also submit the complaint to Kifid. Enforcing an acknowledgment of liability can only be done through the courts. You can find more information about this on the Kifid website.
