Our service

In the event of damage, we repair the car free of charge and you can make use of a rental car. We can offer this service because we collaborate with FOCWA-approved body repair shops. They handle the entire damage repair process. Think of:

• Picking up your car. • Free replacement transport. • The car is returned washed. • AMS pays the invoice.

Need a replacement car?

If you do not use the aforementioned service, and you need a replacement car while your car is being repaired, please use a temporary car. If AMS acknowledges liability, we will reimburse the rental costs as follows:

• We pay a maximum of 80%. • The rental car must be comparable to your own car. • Based on the expert report, we determine whether the number of days you used a rental car is reasonable in relation to the repair time of the damage.
